Sexual Offender Profile
To be considered for admission, the juvenile:

May be a sexual offender.
Will be a male between the ages of 12 and 18.
May have an AXIS I diagnosis, as defined in the DSM-IV.
May have an AXIS II diagnosis.
May be on prescribed psychotropic medication(s).
May have demonstrated sexually aggressive crimes.
May demonstrate violent behavior and lack of impulse control.
Behavior, conduct, oppositional, and /or anti-social disorders, not a diagnosis

90-Day Highly Structured Profile
To be considered for participation in this programs, juvenile offenders must meet the following minimum criteria:

A male between the ages 15 and 17
Committed a public offense that is an aggravated
misdemeanor or above
Not committed a forcible felony
A prior adjudication of delinquency
Be able to participate in vigorous physical activities. (If the student is unable, in a physician’s opinion, to perform the activities: either the student will be discharged, or a specialized exercise program will be developed for that student that takes into consideration the student’s specialized needs.)
Behavior, conduct, opposition, and/or antisocial disorders, not a diagnosis of schizoid disorders, pervasive developmental disorders, unmanaged depression and/or active psychotic disorders
Impulsive and have problems with anger control and aggression
Lack self-discipline

Community Residential Profile
To be considered for participation in this programs, juvenile offenders must meet the following minimum criteria:

A male between the ages 13 and 18
Displayed/committed delinquent type acts/ behaviors
Be able to participate in vigorous physical activities. (If the student is unable, in a physician’s opinion, to perform the activities: either the student will be discharged, or a specialized exercise program will be developed for that student that takes into consideration the student’s specialized needs.)
Defiant, post traumatic stress disorder, ADHD, Antisocial Diagnosis, and or secondary substance abuse not a diagnosis of schizoid disorders, pervasive developmental disorders, unmanaged depression and/or active psychotic disorders.
May exhibit behavior and/or conduct disorder, oppositional
Impulsive and have problems with anger control and aggression
Lack self-discipline
Have a low degree of empathy for others
May be delinquent, CINA or private admission. No court order necessary
Iowa students must obtain CACT AUTHORIZATION when necessary
