Full Time Employee Benefits

  • New Starting Pay: Full Time Youth Counselor with High School Diploma $14.00/HR, Full Time Youth Counselor with Bachelors Degree in the Human Services field $15.00/HR, Full Time Overnight $13.00/HR, Full Time RTC $16.00/HR, Full Time Case Worker Assistant $16.00/HR, Full Time Case Worker $17.00/HR, Group Leader $37,000/Salary
  • Employee Assistance Program
  • $750.00 sign on bonus for full time applicants hired after they complete 90 days of employment.
  • $1000.00 Referral Bonus effective 9-6-19. The payments will be $250.00 at the time of hire, $250.00 after 60 days and $500.00 after 120 days. If the applicant resigns from WA during the payments then you will not receive any further payments. This is only for employees hired for full time.

  • DailyPay is a company sponsored benefit that allows employees to voluntarily access a portion of their base wages in advance of their pay date.  After employees have been employed here for 30 days you are eligible for this benefit.
