$1000.00 sign on bonus for Full Time employees ($250.00 after 90 days of full time employment and $750.00 after 180 days of full time employment)

$250.00 sign on bonus for Part Time employees after 90 days

Full Time Youth Counselor $18.00/hour with high school diploma and $19.00/hour with bachelor’s degree

Part Time Youth Counselor and Part Time Overnight $17.00/hour

Full Time Overnight Youth Counselor $18.00/hour

Teacher $44,033.60/salary

Special Education Teacher $51,043.20/salary

School Associate $18.00/hour
